What is your Returns policy?

Customers have 14 days to return their order. Please make sure the item is in its original condition, including all tags and packaging to ensure your replacement/ refund. 

Please note that any returned items which have been washed, marked or damaged will not qualify for a replacement or refund. In some cases, the item will be sent back to the customer.

How do I return my order?

Please return your unwanted item within 14 days of receiving it. Unfortunately we do not provide returns labels but we will reimburse the cost of return postage. 

How long do I have to return my order?

Customers have 14 days to return their order from the date of receiving it. Please make sure the item is returned in its original condition, including all tags and packaging to ensure your replacement/ refund.

When will I get my refund?

The returned item must be checked to make sure it has been returned in its original condition. Once we confirm this, we then process a refund for the product. Refunds take up to 5 working days to clear via the bank. 

What about refunds for beauty products and cosmetics?

The same rule applies. As long as the item is returned to us in its original condition you will get your refund/ replacement. We do not refund any cosmetic items that have been used. If you are not happy with the results of the product, we do offer discount vouchers for future purchases. However we can’t guarantee result satisfaction with any beauty product advertised on Chlodo.com. 

I received an incorrect item/s

We’re sorry to hear this! If you tell us the item/s you wanted, we will send them out straight away. All you’ll need to do is need to return the incorrect item/s to us, free of charge! 

I received a damaged item

That’s too bad 🙁 Please send us some images of the item and all order details so we can arrange some compensation or replacment product (a non damaged one!). You can find our contact details on our Help page
