Where is my order?

Customers receive an email which includes a unique  tracking number for their order. Customers with an account can check the status of their delivery online. Non-account customers can track their delivery via the Royal Mail website

Can you help with sizing?

Customers can refer to our Size Guide pages for all the size information you need. If you get stuck, don’t worry! We are always available to help our customers. Visit our Help page for our office contact details. 

Can I change my details?

For customers with an account, simply go to Log In at the top of Chlodo.com and amend your details as you please. For non-account customers who wish to change their details prior to dispatch, you should contact us as quickly as possible to ensure your parcel reaches you.  

How do I return my order?

Chlodo offers Free Returns! Your order will come with a returns bag, which you can drop off at your local post office. Please return your unwanted item within 14 days of receiving it. 

I didn't get my order confirmation or dispatch confirmation?

Customers must enter a valid email address to receive emails from Chlodo.com. Please ensure you enter all personal details correctly during checkout.

Top 5 Delivery FAQs

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes up to 7 days from the date your order is placed. The time it takes to receive your order may be affected by weekends and public holidays. 

What if my order hasn't arrived?

Deliveries can occasionally be delayed and in some cases, orders get lost in the mail. We can provide compensation if your order still hasn’t arrived after 10 working days after the due date. This can be in the form of a replacement or refund.

I received an incorrect item/s

We’re sorry to hear this! If you tell us the item/s you wanted, we will send them out straight away. All you’ll need to do is return the incorrect item/s to us, free of charge! 

How are orders sent?

All customer orders are shipped 1st Class via Royal Mail. Customers receive a dispatch email which includes a unique tracking number. If you have an account, you can keep up to date with the status of your order by logging in via Chlodo.com.
