Delivery takes up to 7 days from the date of dispatch. The time it takes to receive your order may be affected by weekends and public holidays.

Deliveries can occasionally be delayed and in some cases, orders get lost in the mail. We can provide compensation if your order still hasn’t arrived after 10 working days after the due date. This can be in the form of a replacement or refund.
